Where are you located, and who do you work with?

YO Financials is 100% virtual. I work with service-based businesses anywhere in the US. At this time, I only work with US-based clients.
Do you only work with photographers and videographers?

Creatives are my specialty, but they’re not my only clients. If you run a service-based business in the US, we can work together. Book a call and let’s see if we’re a good fit.
My pricing is built around your business. The prices listed on this site are starting prices. Your final quote depends on your monthly transaction volume, number of accounts, and the support you need. Everything is laid out clearly in your proposal before we start, so there are no surprises.

You’re not too far gone. Catch-up and cleanup projects are part of what I do. On our discovery call, we’ll look at where your books are now and map out a realistic timeline to get you caught up. Then we keep you current, so you have clarity all year.
Right now, I work exclusively in QuickBooks Online. If you’re already using it, great, we’ll pick up right where you are. If not, I’ll get you set up and walk you through what you need to know. No tech headaches on your end.

What software do you use?
What if I go over my plan’s transaction limit?

Busy months happen, especially when you’re growing. Extra transactions are billed in blocks of 25: $100 per block on the Beginner and Essential plans, $75 per block on Growth. Any overage is added to your next month’s invoice. If you go over in 2 of the 3 months in a quarter, we’ll move you to the plan that fits your volume at your check-in.
Plans run quarterly and are billed monthly. Your starting plan is based on your assessment. Before each renewal, I’ll send you a quick email. Reply “continue as is” and your plan renews. Reply “let’s check in” and we’ll review your plan together first.
